Our architectural edge-lit acrylic signs provide high-contrast, illuminated directional guidance engineered for commercial, healthcare, and corporate environments. Constructed from precision-routed cast acrylic and housed in minimal extruded aluminum profiles, these fixtures offer optimal light transmission and a modern, low-profile aesthetic.

Technical Specifications

• Panel Material: 1/2″ (12mm) Optical-Grade Clear Cast Acrylic (allows maximum internal total reflection).
• Base/Housing: Extruded Anodized Aluminum. Standard finish is Clear Satin Anodized; custom RAL powder coating is available upon request.
• Illumination Source: High-output, low-voltage SMD LED strip lighting concealed within the structural mounting channel.
• Color Temperature (CCT): Standard configurations available in 4000K (Neutral White) or 6500K (Cool White). Custom RGB/W options require a secondary DMX controller.
• Power Requirements: 12V DC or 24V DC input. Requires a remotely mounted, hardwired Class 2 LED power supply/driver.

Mounting & Hardware Configurations

• Flag Mount (Perpendicular): Wall-mounted using heavy-duty, internal aluminum brackets with concealed mechanical fasteners for a seamless finish.
• Ceiling Suspended: Suspended via adjustable, 1/16″ stainless steel aircraft cables or rigid, hollow aluminum pendants (which also serve as low-voltage wire raceways).
• Surface Mount: Direct-to-wall aluminum profile for flush, low-profile applications.

Maintenance & Operating Environment

Engineered strictly for dry, indoor environments (IP20 rated). The ambient operating temperature range is -4°F to 104°F. The non-porous acrylic surface requires minimal maintenance; routine cleaning should be performed using a non-abrasive, static-dissipating microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free, acrylic-safe cleaner to prevent crazing or clouding of the optic panel.
